Shipping
I ship anywhere in the US within three business days once payment is received. Please note that I will not be shipping October 23- October 31. First class shipping via USPS is free when you spend at least $150 or when you purchase four or more pair of earrings. If you need expedited delivery (at an additional fee), please email JulieSiegmund@CarnelianKnoll.com prior to checkout for shipping upgrade options. Orders will be shipped within 72 hours once payment is received except weekends and holidays.
International Shipping
I ship First Class International upon request. Please email JulieSiegmund@CarnelianKnoll.com. Any customs duty/import fees and/or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I appreciate your business, and want you to be completely satisfied with your Carnelian Knoll purchase. To that end, I double-check each piece of jewelry before it is mailed out to ensure that it is of the finest craftswomanship. Please select your items carefully from the site and feel free to ask as many questions as you have before making your purchase.
If for some reason you are not happy with your on-line purchase, I accept returns for on-line purchases with prior notice. Please email JulieSiegmund@CarnelianKnoll.com , and I will refund your purchase price (minus $8 shipping costs, $12 for purchases over $100).
If you need to return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button within one week of receipt of purchase. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items must be received within 7 days of this exchange (no more than 14 days from the original receipt).
The item must be in its original condition and packing. Buyer pays for both initial and return shipping. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment only, or may be parlayed into store credit (good for 90 days). Items purchased in person may not be returned, but may be exchanged.
