Heart shaped Venetian glass decorated in the style of Gustav Klimt over a clear glass core. The hearts themselves are roughly 1/2" wide and fall about 5/8" below the nickel-free sterling silver lever back (which is roughly 1/2" long). Similar Klimt patterns are available in flattened teardrops, cubes and rounds in red, gold and silver.
